A Drone’s Eye View I scored serious brownie points giving this to my husband for Christmas. It was one of those instances where I knew he really wanted it, but I had to take it on faith as to it’s fun quotient and potential for video etc.It has proved to be fantastic so far; the first time he uploaded some video onto the TV and I walked into the room, I genuinely thought that he was watching a programme, the quality of the picture was so good. It is also possible to capture stills.I would suggest…

Amazing!! How would I describe the Inspire 1? In a word – AMAZING!Ease of use:I’ll put this in to context by saying I’ve never flown a drone before, I’m just an avid video gamer with a love of simulators, so figured I’d get the hang of it. On day one, I had this thing charged up and out the door as soon as possible, went down to a field and fired it up. It took off at the touch of a button, hovered, then I tentatively moved it around. It was easy. After a little fly about I had it land…

Perfect product – does a fantastic job. I purchased my gimbal to mount my new GoPro Hero 4 to a Phantom 2 quadcopter. (I’d previously had an H3-2D mounting a GoPro Hero 3 to a Phantom 1). I had to slightly mod the mounting arm to avoid the settings button on the Hero 4 which is now on the side from being depressed once mounted but I knew this was something I’d have to do. It really is easy to do involving just a tiny amount of filing. The gimbal works absolutely perfectly right out of the box with a tiny re-adjustment of the…
